Mr. Thacker is the Principal of Clandon Regis Consortium. He provides an array of consulting services in business strategy, organization development, executive coaching and career transition.

 

Mr. Thacker has built a reputation as a builder. As an original investor in Knightsbridge Human Capital Management, he helped shape the culture of what has become Canada's leading Human Capital Company. As V.P. Human Resources, he created the organizational framework for growth while integrating an array of complex acquisitions.  His commitment to professional growth saw him move beyond human resources. He has built a successful consulting practice, delivering a full complement of Human Capital services to clients in telecommunications, health care, financial services, consumer goods and manufacturing.

 

Mr. Thacker held a variety of Human Resource positions with PepsiCo in Canada and internationally. As V.P. Human Resources he played a unique leadership role in the transformation of Pepsi Cola Canada. He developed and implemented processes to integrate several thousand new employees. He created a series of human resource tools and programmes to maximize performance and develop line management capabilities.

 

Previously, Mr. Thacker was based in the United Kingdom as the most senior human resource executive responsible for Pepsi’s operations in Southern Europe and Africa. Prior to Pepsi, Mr. Thacker held positions of increasing responsibility in both the consumer products and hospital supplies industries.

 

He holds an Economics Degree from York University in Toronto and has studied at Queens and The University of Western Ontario.
